Private Pay
This option provides convenient, flexible therapy tailored to your child’s needs with no pre-approval or insurance delays. Setup is easy, and session frequency and length can be customized based on our recommendations. It offers personalized care focused on your child’s goals to build confidence at home, in school, and beyond.
Nassau County CPSE
MPS is now an approved Nassau County CPSE (Committee on Preschool Special Education) provider for children ages 3–5 who are deemed eligible by their local school district. To work with us, let your district know you would like MPS listed as your provider on the IEP so we can be added and granted access.
MPS does not participate in insurance reimbursement.

We offer full parking, with the main entrance located at the rear of the building. For stairs, please use the door with the red awning closest to the post office. For elevator access, enter through the main entrance.
